Hannah Rundle

Hannah joins the team in May 2026, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a CQC Registered Manager and a genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care. She’s particularly excited to build on her previous work supporting d/Deaf individuals, and is looking forward to developing her British Sign Language skills to strengthen communication, inclusion, and advocacy.

Known for her positive energy and hands-on approach, Hannah is keen to get stuck in, learn from those around her, and make a meaningful difference. She’s especially enthusiastic about creating environments where people feel heard, valued, and supported.

Helen Rule

Helen Rule

Administrator

Helen has a wealth of experience from working with organisations, like ours, and is working on improving her BSL skills by the day.

She enjoys meeting with the d/Deaf people and supporting them in accessing services through communication support. Her role is varied but she is usually the "first responder" when people make contact with Hearing Loss Cornwall.

Paul Charlesworth

Finance Officer and Fundraiser

" I am involved with several organisations, but the time I spend helping Hearing Loss Cornwall has raised my awareness of the disability of deafness and its associated challenges. The statistic of one in five adults in Cornwall living with some form of hearing loss is frightening. Therefore, it is essential that we raise the profile of this disability. ”

“If your reflex is everyone feels lonely sometimes, you would be right. But you would also be understating the loneliness we feel.”
